Our History

Jhalani Engineering Industries was established in 1998 with a primary focus on fabrication and equipment building. Realizing the potential and demand, soon the company diversified into precision machining to fulfill the challenging “Engineered To Order (ETO)” precision jobs for OEM-s. Since then, our company has continuously improved its skills and resources in this field. The company was founded by Mr. Radha Mohan Jhalani, a passionate technocrat with a background as a mechanical engineer in various industries across Rajasthan, Maharashtra and Madhya Pradesh. Recognizing the increasing complexity of part requirements, he took the initiative to acquire the company's first CNC machine in 1999.

Since then, Jhalani Engineering Industries has been a reliable supplier of

high-quality precision machined components and precision parts which gets further used up by many of the OEM-s spanning INDIAN RAILWAYS, Traction Motors manufacturers, Heavy machinery/Tractor manufacturers, Electrical and Automobile equipment manufacturers and many more. Eventually in the year 2009 Mr. Rishi Jhalani (son of the founder) also joined the growing company to spear-head it’s further growth and diversification missions. (He is also an accomplished Technocrat and Mechanical Engineer with diversified industry experience of 24 years as on date, which includes experience with reputed engineering companies in India and also under the direct guidance of his illustrious father Mr. Radha Mohan Jhalani.)

Subsequently in in the year 2022 the entire gamut of precision engineering operations got consolidated in the newly formed company under the banner of “SHREE BALAJI ENGINEERS” and henceforth fully looked after by our Managing Director Mr. Rishi Jhalani. Through an efficient core-team he controls and manages the nitty-gritty of each order-in-process up to company’s long-term strategies.
