CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY (csr)  

SBE’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) mission will focus on creating, developing and supporting high-impact initiatives in human development.

• Since its inception 26 years ago, it took SBE about two decades in consolidating the business to come to a leadership position within some government sector industries and private OEM organizations. Since then it has been nurturing the principle of slowly and steadily partnering with the local communities and contributing to their development. Today we are at the verge of consolidating the future goals of our Corporate Social Responsibility program to help the disadvantaged improve their lives, while nurturing talent and building skills that benefit society as a whole. Our Managing Director Mr. Rishi Jhalani has rightly combined the personal ethics of our founder Mr. Radha Mohan Jhalani with social, cultural and ethnic values and the best of Indian traditions. Our aim is to extend support to a wider range of charity-oriented causes.
• Stemming from SBE’s deep-rooted belief that education is the key to a better future, we plan to offer a scholarship program that will provide outstanding students (in the needy and economically weaker sections) the opportunity to pursue higher studies. This also extends to supporting students locally, building a school and donating to priority educational activities on an ongoing manner.
• SBE plans regularly to extend support to deserving institutions for the differently abled in a few districts in Madhya Pradesh, providing them some more opportunity to help them improve their livelihoods and become more productive members of society. Patients with debilitating diseases and medical conditions also shall be receiving support from SBE through paid treatments, therapy, and rehabilitation, and through regular donations of aid and medication to concerned associations and charities.
• SBE’s philosophy is that all members of society are important and deserving support. It works tirelessly with organizations seeking greater women’s empowerment, providing ideological and strategic support to programs that support their education, and help them develop new skills which all together can provide for their families, a better life today and a better hope and confidence for tomorrow.
